چکیده
Background. Children diagnosed with mild or moderate motor impairment not only face of fine skills and problems body balance in daily activities, they are also a decrease muscle strength. Physiotherapy is prescribed to improve physical condition.
The aim the study was determine effect different physiotherapy programs on running speed, leg strength children impairment.
Methods. 30 (4–6 years old) participated study, were randomly divided into two groups. control group (n=15) received conventional physiotherapy, while experimental training program Abili Balance platform addition physiotherapy. duration interventions for both groups 8 weeks. subjects’ static dynamic (according stability index Berg scale), (Broad jump) speed (Shuttle Run) assessed before after interventions.
Results. After weeks, had longer forward jumps shorter shuttle run test results (p<0.05); indicators improved (p<0.05). interventions, postural higher (p<0.05) than group; other did differ significantly.
Conclusions. Both applied 8-week effective improving children’s skills. Conventional combined more impairment, but by test.
